Overview
This policy describes the personal data Leathercraft Play uses and the reasons for it. We hold only what is needed to run accounts.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, UK phone number and a securely hashed password, or your Google account ID if you use Google sign-in.
- Messages: anything you send through our contact, support or Player Care forms.
- Technical data: basic request information such as IP address and browser type, used for security and fixing faults.
How we use it
To set up and protect your account, let you sign in, answer your messages, keep the site secure, meet legal obligations and support responsible play. We never sell personal data.
Continue with Google
If you choose it, Google passes us your name and verified email. We never see your Google password and never post for you.
Where it lives
Account records are stored on our server in protected files. Your coin balance, bonus timers and cookie choice stay in your browser's local storage.
How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is open and delete your stored profile when you close it. Support emails may be kept briefly for our records.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to certain uses. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Make a request through Player Care or the contact page.
